Questions
What is dual pricing?
It’s a discount for paying cash. Your menu shows two prices: the card price, which is your menu price, and a lower cash price. Your customer chooses how to pay. With dual pricing, your card processing cost can go down to 0%, subject to a review of your business.
Do I have to switch systems to get a website or an app?
No. We build them around the system you already have, and the order button goes wherever you take orders today. If you want online orders to land straight in your register, that depends on your system, and we’ll look at it in the consult.
Do you only work with restaurants?
No. Most of our customers are restaurants, taquerías and food trucks, but we also work with barbershops, meat markets, shops and even a padel club.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Everyone on the team speaks English and Spanish, and your website and app can be in both.
What happens after the install?
We stay with you. If you change the menu, hire someone new or something breaks, call or WhatsApp us and someone who knows your account answers.
